This policy explains what information BAM Stack collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, our CRM platform, and the coaching and consulting services we provide.

Who we are

Information we collect

• Account and contact information you give us, such as your name, business name, email, and phone number.
• Payment information processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers ourselves.
• Service data, meaning the information you enter into or generate within your CRM sub-account (your own contacts, messages, and documents). We call this your Client Data, and it belongs to you.
• Usage information, such as basic logs and analytics about how the website and platform are used, to keep the service working and secure.

How we use your information

• To provide, set up, support, and improve the CRM, coaching, and consulting services.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support.
• To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the service:

• Service providers we rely on, including the GoHighLevel platform (which hosts the CRM), Stripe (payments), and email and phone providers.
• Our personnel and contractors, including virtual assistants, who help deliver the service and are bound by confidentiality.
• When required by law, such as a valid legal request.

Your Client Data

The data you put into your CRM sub-account is yours. We handle it in confidence, use it only to provide the service, and you can export it at any time during your term. We do not use your Client Data for our own marketing.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect information, and we rely on the security of the platforms we use. We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal and accounting requirements, then dispose of it appropriately.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial law, you may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, subject to legal limits. Email [email protected] to make a request.

Cookies

Our website and platform may use cookies and similar tools for basic functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.

Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the BAM Stack website and platform. If you subscribe to a paid plan, your subscription is also governed by the BAM Stack Services Agreement you accept at signup, which controls if there is any conflict with these terms.

Acceptance

By using our website, platform, or services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

The service

BAM Stack provides a hosted CRM (delivered on the GoHighLevel platform), setup and configuration, group coaching where your plan includes it, and quote-based consulting. Features and plans may change over time.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account, your login credentials, and the activity in your account. You agree to use the service lawfully and to comply with all laws that apply to your business, including anti-spam and consent rules such as Canada's CASL, privacy law, and any real estate or licensing requirements. You will obtain proper consent for the contacts you load and the messages you send.

Fees

The price and plan you accept at signup govern your fees. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST/HST), which are added on top. Details, term, and cancellation are set out in the BAM Stack Services Agreement.

Intellectual property

BAM Stack, including its templates, automations, workflows, methods, and system, remains our property. You receive a limited license to use your configured sub-account for your own business during your term. You may not resell, copy, redistribute, or reverse engineer the system, or use it to offer a similar service to others. You own your Client Data.

Third-party platform

The CRM runs on the GoHighLevel platform. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or acts of GoHighLevel or other third-party services, though we will do our reasonable best to keep things running.

No guarantee of results

We provide tools, setup, and coaching. We do not guarantee any business, revenue, lead, or deal outcome. Results depend on your own effort and market.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the service will not exceed the fees you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend or end access for non-payment or for breach of these terms. Your data-export rights and any terms meant to survive will continue to apply, as set out in the Services Agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable there.
